Kathy Hinch & Jesse Bear

Kathy Hinch is a product of her surrounds. For and of her music she brings together breaths of urban and electronic with an authentic backbone of RnB, its present and its past. After a hugely successful year where Kathy featured heavily on the popular TV show ‘The Voice’, she is in constant demand for weddings and events while working on an original album. Hailing from one of the world’s neo-soul hubs, Melbourne, Australia, Kathy Hinch has worked long and hard, at once rising above to create an international sound, influenced by the likes of Erykah Badu, James Blake and Kimbra.

Joining Kathy for this year’s Peninsula VineHop is guitar extraordinaire Jesse Bear. Jesse has a diverse career, working as a songwriter, producer, audio engineer, session musician, live performer and MD. He divides his time equally across the globe, living and working in North America, SE Asia and Australia, and as such has enjoyed Top 40 successes with artists in several countries. Notably he’s worked and performed with Digable Planets, Shabazz Palaces, Sean Kingston, Zaki Ibrahim, The Time, The James Brown Soul Generals, Dru Chen, Tim Morrison, Nicholas Roy, Tanika Charles, Kim Davis, Saidah Baba Talibah (aka SATE) and Glenn Lewis.
